The Stevens and Pruett Holiday Ball is a huge party that has a reputation for getting wild by the end of the night. It is a "Black Tie, Black Lace" party, which means men must wear a tuxedo, and women are encouraged to wear as little as possible. I have seen women there wearing everything from a see-through negligee (with nothing underneath) to elegant evening gowns.
